About this project
I'm Linda, a supply chain professional with close to two decades of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), ERP, Planning, Scheduling, and Data Management in multinational manufacturing enterprises. I started this project because most explanations of supply chain concepts are static: a slide, a formula, a textbook. The concepts themselves behave, react, and compound over time. This site is my attempt to show that instead of just describing it.

Who this is for
Over nearly two decades I've worked alongside a lot of supply chain newcomers, and I kept running into the same thing: a slide deck or a quick verbal explanation almost never produced the aha moment I was hoping for.
I built this page for supply chain newcomers who want to quickly understand the basic concepts. Each topic is something you can play with: change a number and watch the system respond.
How it's made
Every animation here is built with the help of AI tools. I validate the underlying logic and behavior against my own operational experience and standard supply chain references before anything goes live, but this is a solo project, not a peer-reviewed publication, so treat it as a learning tool rather than a textbook.
This is a work in progress. New topics get added as I build them, and existing ones get refined based on feedback.

If you spot something wrong (a mislabeled variable, a model that oversimplifies, or something that's just plain incorrect) I want to know. Corrections make the whole thing better.
